I think owners of successful mediocre premiership football clubs would take 'bad publicity' in their own stride... It got some newspaper attention, which is more than a sailing club normally can.

No, but they've provided countless hours of happiness for lonely old men... So I guess they know more about dinghy sailing than they first might think. 😜

Speaking of clubs......the class that 'dare not speak it's name' should have been racing at Haversham this weekend but the lake is sadly blocked by weed. However nearby Emberton Park SC has stepped into the breach and the dynamic little boats will go there.
