As a crew, I'd be looking at the area between the main and boom and going through there between every tack and gybe, looks like more than enough room to do it, even wire to wire in a rush! |

I was meaning from the point of hull design, from what I've seen of them through pictures, the hulls are a bit different to the new cherub designs. There are other elements such as the rig and the upwind sail plan , although slightly smaller upwind area, the sail plan looks pretty impresive. Are UK Cherubs allowed fixed poles?

I agree Isis. They are basically the same boat just with the slightly longer length they become marginally less easy to pitchpole and the kite may counteract this i guess.

Apart from that boom being so low. Wont it make for awful slow tacking especially in a breeze. Dontfancy being at the front end of that unless it was a one way run downwind
