i'd say bacon AND sausgae are the best! (and 2 of them) for pre-sailing followed up by a hot chocolate and  chocalte muffin! (very nutricious i kno!)

Just as well you're not racing tomorrow. We're having fish soup, beef stew and cheesecake . Sunday Lunch at LSC, yummy!!
