Sounds fun
 I on the other hand had a great (but painful) afternoon going pretty much as fast as I ever have in a GP14, screaming downwind with the kite up, the only sound being the hissing of the spray... doesn't happen very often! We'd have won all 3 races too if we hadn't been a bit short of the 25+ stone needed to keep the boat flat upwind in those conditions... great sailing

I was at the Glyn Charles crewing a 200 yesturday. Absolutely great event!!
About 10 seconds up the first beat me and my helm look at each other and say "ooowwwww.....this hurts!!" Neither of us have hiked for a long time! Kept chopping in and out of being the lead 200 so we had a good battle all the way round but towards the end we started to get a bit sloppy and let a group of boats through. The sun was out and the breeze was on so I make that a good day!! Doug H |

I would not be impressed by a safety boat tying a line to a bow ring - it should be round the mast wherever possible.
