theirs quite alot to choose from imo to get protien

nuts
milk
eggs ( do veggies eat eggs??)
tuna
soya
quorn ( i would imagine if u like it its a godsend)
rice and pasta ( not so much protien but carbs help metabolise protien and give u energy)
fish
yogurt

as for protien supplements u got 4 types egg,soya,whey, and casien, stick to whey its cheap and effective.
stay away from BCAA's like creatine u dont need them.

as for excerise to put mass on u cant really go running or do countless situps ( although u should still do this) as it simply doesnt stimulate the fast twitch muscles in your body.
to put mass on the do compound excerises ( these work many muscle groups at once for example bench press) the easy way to know if ur doing a compound exercise is if ur moving two or more joints at once so a bicep curl only moves one joint and only works the bicep while a pull down/ pull up works the back and whole arm. O and stick to doing 4-8 controlled repitions slowly at about 80% of ur 1RM.

sell the laser, try try try and find a friend and buy a 29er, problem solved. Oh and preferably a friend a damn sight bigger than youself

At home there are 2 many sand banks for a niner, they just run aground and capsize - well the other three do. And my mom would kill me if I even sugested selling my laser because we just invested in a new one!! I'll think about the offer though Buster.

Mum's hey, unless they sail they will go mad what ever you do. Is it Brand new or "brand" new? Whichever, the best way to get rid of it if you choose to change classes, is to capsize everytime you go out to make it seem your overpowered, then you can use that excuss to switch to a 2 man boat.
