Block Arrangements for shrouds

   I've decided I want an easier system for my shrouds instead of those chain plate things with holes in them, I have a set of Stamasters but they are too long, so have decided I'd like some sort of adjustable by block and cleat system, so could you recommend what blocks (preferably with links to where purchasable) I should use, I guess they'd have to be high performance.

Please do so as you would a child and pictures would help.

If there are other ideas I may not have encountered then ditto above..

Thanks in advance, oh and I have uppers, lowers and top of the mast things (cap shrouds is it?) I guess a degree of independence is required oh and finally only one anchorage point..
