JImbo i am loving the blue rinse look, i fits the profile of future buyer.  Personally i would of gone for the hull in a matching colour.  But I admire your style, you are obviously just starting to get into boats with coloured decks.  I am sure Rodney can sort you out with a pink D-one or Finn!!

I've had a pink (or was it lilac?) boat and it was great - pink spinny as well. I like  your solo and if your kids like it even better.

White boats are dull, grey can look really smart (Wayfarers look good)- but Laser Vela grey - barf.

Good luck on the 1st outing as it were.
Like some other things - sailing is more enjoyable when you do it with someone else
