I know its probably a worthless poll as multiple replies can come from same club , but if a message is added below stating club and what used would be good .
Our club use hal , not my decision , but have lost all my hair trying to help sort out , have used sailwave for other things I've run and no probs
So Thats Helensburgh Sailing Club --- Hal (current version as they evolve ) Edited by catmandoo |

A member wrote ours - to deal with multiple 'series' covered by the one race, and calculating the handicap results and personal handicap results all at once. Average lap times too The multiple series arose because some double handers felt excluded when it was a single handed race so we now race the 2 at the same time Edited by vscott |

Burghfield have been using Sailwave since 2000.
BSC Results Pages In 2001 I set up the Sailwave User Group. Currently it has 1784 members world wide and help is offered pretty much on any aspect of using it. We even set up a forum here but people still seem to prefer to use the SUG Simon |

Our club uses home grown PHP code to automatically calculate the race results and series results from our race timing software. It also automatically posts them on the website. Time from last boat finishing to having the individual race results for each fleet and the series results for viewing on the web is <10 seconds.
Our results page There is also an online administration system to allow the inevitable OOD or competitor errors to modified after the event. Sailwave is a really good system if you have someone who knows how to use it producing the results - we had trouble finding someone to do the job for more than shortwhile. Edited by marke |

Hunts uses Sailwave and we have multiple people compiling results. As Fleet Captain (don;t ask) I do the fleet results (as should the other fleet captains). We also have another member who collates results for the club all in series. Sailwave is dead easy. I just has a csv set up for each series that I fill in and import in to a template each time. It works really well and I can update the results in a very short time period. The fleet like it because they can see how they are doing week on week rather than having to wait and I like it because the fleet is happy! |

Aldenham uses Sailwave and has done for a while. We were one of the original clubs that became a sponsor of Colin's great work. We now have a small team of people who enter the results here

Classic and Vintage Racing Dinghy Association use Sailwave. We handicap with adjustments for age and state of tune and wooden masts, cotton sails, carbon masts, mylar sails etc. etc. so I generally do the results. Sailwave is great for dealing with it all and pulling in competitors from a previous series is really useful. |
