I am still waiting for LDC to let me buy one of the new style sails for my next pimp, although i am currently replacing my tape kicker calibration marks with a rather trick metallic red paint!  I'll post some photos when Ive finished.

Seems like no pimping for a while, been some changes on the contender.
It was starting to look a bit tired from many repairs using
uncolourmatched gelcoat and small dinks from 25 years use so it has
gone from the quill silver to a lovely paegant blue along with a full
harken kit out, but that has been gradually added over time.

However i got my vectran as an off cut cheap from the interweb so yours counts mine doesn't

it's yellow too, bought out nicely by purple progrip.

Been to busy sailing to worry about it recently, Loads of people with ideas, not many people actually putting things into practice!  My funds are some what limited at present and this is affecting the next stage of pimping (i have just boaught an old N12 to sail with my wife and daughter)
