hiya after sailing today a problem has arised.

We cannot fity a 29er into the club.

We borrowed a b14 today and had a lot of fun. We weighed in at nearly 140 kg and in light winds was good. So this is one my helm would really like to get into.

The b14 length is 1.25 and just fits in

and could possible squeeze a rs 500, and the buzz is an option but my helm isnt keen on.

Thanks for all the help matt

There is an "Edit" button in your post .. So that you don't have to make a chain of posts.

What do you mean you can't fit the boat into the club?

It's those pesky doors!! But don't worry, he's got a screwdriver and plans to
get to work on those hinges right away. Before you know it, there will be a
29er nicely resting in the warm changing rooms! Forget hosing it down,
just put it under the shower. It's going to be one of the best looked after
boats ever!

erm well he main compound which hold two man boats etc has to leave room for boats to squeeze through with a boa space for a boat of maximum length 4.35 when pushing it, i know the b14 just fis at 4.25.

Max length of 4.35 ..

Hull: 4.25
Trailer handles: 15 cm
Road trailer hitch: 30 cm

So even if the boat it shoved right back into its bay, you have 4.40 incl. the trailer, or 4.55 if its on its road base. (Aprox figures of course.)

Why not park it at the end of a row, nobody needs to be able to push past you then?
