Yeah, in Devon they're called swills, but as I understand it only if they come from a certain part of Plymouth nicknamed 'swilly' cus it used to be called swilly road i think! I usually call them scallys or chavs, chavs originate from Chatham in Kent dont they, and scallys are from the Liverpool area I seem to remember! Maybe I know too much about this. Here are some people wearing Spandex, they're from Cuba and apparantly it's Cubas favourite material! Very Strange Indeed. |

in devon its swills! i think the swillyest boat ive ever seen was an osprey. ive got nothing against them i race against them some times! but this ones spinni had the NIKE tick logo on it and it was backwards with NIKe written under it (obviously not sponserd!) it was purple, and all the complex kit was taken off it was just rig and sails! some ones to thick to work a double pole system! |

well down where i live chavs are known as TOWNIES i think its strange that people call them chavs. but i can just imajine the boat they would dream of it would be like a burbery carbon fibre and the boom and mast would be gold for the "bling" factor lol. but lets me honest i dont believe chavs would afford a boat and if they did they would probobly sell it to buy some burbery caps or drugs
