It looks like it would have to be sailed bolt upright - the chines are very low.  Sure doesn't look pretty in the pictures...

looks very flat, wetted area could be a PITA in light airs, shute looks a bit snug too, as for when it blows, not sure how you're meant to get your weight back with those wings either? 

OK it doesn't look good (on this video at least) but if it's selling for about £5-6k and going like stink there'll be a small niche this will appeal to....but seriously mass-market appeal???.

..... doubt RS, Cirrus, Rooster, Ovi's etc.... are losing too much sleep right now though

I'd sail Dan Holman's one off over that thing any day!!  Kite or not!  Those winds look like a bodge job.  Why couldn't he have worked a way of moulding them into the boat shape?

Is that really the finished boat and not a test bed of some sort?

As for comparisons with the EPS, I've always thought them rather graceful boats as they rocket off down a reach with me in their wake, whereas grace isn't a word that springs to mind here.

Looks like another Lake Garda only folly to me why is it we have no
confidence here in the UK in our own ability to produce fine boats.

We have a wealth of knowledge, are the undisputed World leaders in sailing
yet rely on the Convicts and eyties for inspiration...

Give me the Blaze with a chute anyday, at least the hull wont suck in a
drifter and all it needs is the foils sorting..

Damn I should also have the same confidence if I wasn't already smarting
with the lack of momentum surrounding the Asbo, they're not even
exhibiting at the Dinghy show how bad is that?
