Full results here:

The warmest Freezer I've sailed, though the practice race was even better - sunny even!

Could have done with another windstrength over the F.2, occasionally 3, that we had, but it was better than F.7 and -5 degrees...

Plus there was a great turnout of high quality boats.

Merlin whitewash then .. they are pretty hard to beat on handicap in the light stuff.

I was surprised you guys managed to race as there was no wind at Whitstable.

It was admitedly light winds but i'd say a force 2-3.  3 merlin rockets took the top three places today and shortly following were a group of musto's.
The winner of today was howard patterson and sophie mackley in a merlin rocket from whitstable.  A turnout of 36 just for the practice race should mean there'll be a bumber turnout tommorow for the main event.
My helm and I came 10th today, not a great result but im happy with how we sailed considering we were about 4 minutes late for the start.

Anyway, tomorrow is another day and another race.  I just hope i manage to make the start on time!

Yep, one is Barnsie.  He'll be looking to continue his successful streak so stay out of his way...

I always try and stay out of his way ... he's an accident waiting to happen ...
