The Solution was hard work upwind, not as bad as some others - did you see the Musto Skiff!

 

That wasn't me capsizing, it was a friend of mine who fell in - not a happy chap.

 

12' skiff made the right decision, the gusts coming between the buildings were not good.

The spectating from the bridge was excellent.  Cheering at the Tasar as it went over was amusing.  Thought the Solution looked like bloody hard work upwind (was it you that Chinese-gybed and got wet at the bottom of the course?).  12ft Skiff kite was huge, pity they retired but probably a good idea!  Pity the wind was heavily biased for "dead downwind" boats rather than skiffs, but fair play the Fireball was extremely well sailed (despite a severe wineglass on the last set!).
