Les....going to try and get a pass depends on what mood the good lady is in(she is working, you know of anyone who wants a crew? my blaze is a little sick at the minute).

Giles...we have club racing on the 31st, I am sure you would be more than welcome to come along, I will sign you in if required.

Andy, you about that day?

Paul,

I shall give it a go, thanks for that.

What Hunts SC calender like over the Christmas period, if there's racing, maybe  I can come along and arrange it around the Grafham Grand Prix.

Giles,

One of the other solutions has that same problem. Is there not a tension adjust device on the front of the board with 2 philips screws in it?

If so just gihten these up and that should sort you (have to tip the boat of its side on land and drop the board down to see them).

Andy

Had my first go in it at the weekend, virtually no wind but the boat felt ok and when the wind did finally pick up a little, it went well.  Got a question, does your centreboard not stay down?  If so, what did you do?

Hi Giles

I must have picked my Solution up just before you. I did venture out last weekend at hunts, in that wind. The boat was s a blast, better behaved than a laser, and quicker. It was hard work upwind, but it was very windy. Only noticed a couple of little issues, the main halliard has stretched a little, but then it is new. The tack of the main has a habit of jumping out of the track, the other guys at the club, have used a pice of elastic to prevent this. It should be a flier in lighter stuff.

Giles,

You could always pop along to Hunts and meet them , I imagine they would be only too pleased to help.

I don't think they are doing to Grand Prix, they are having far too much fun at the club (was fun watching them last weekend).
