I have found some interesting discussion regarding Jaffa Cakes, click on the mountainous feast for more info... my favourite quote is " This is the bench mark Jaffa Cake, the Model T Ford of Jaffa Cake"

After a half dozen or so pints of larger etc, jaffa cakes are usually devoured as part of the customary munchies fest!

HSD – 5.0% abv – our most famous and notorious ale. HSD is a full-bodied strong Cornish ale brimming with a kaleidoscope of flavours. Brewed with plenty of malt and lashings of English Fuggles and Golding hops, HSD is truly a classic ale of considerable depth and complexity. The real beer alternative to a full-bodied premium red wine and simply superb with steaks and other red meat dishes.

HSB (Horndean Special Bitter) (4.8% abv) - Gales's flagship beer. A cask conditioned premium strength bitter.

Maybe you haven't seen the women in the SW there's a few who it would be hard to disenguish from men after a couple of pints of HSD

Waggledance is very similar too... I prefer it as it has a cooler name!

Another good beer is from a little brewery just north of Petersfield... Nyewood Gold. Bought a barrel of that last Christmas and ended up falling asleep on a floor cushion all afternoon on Christmas day! I'd recommend it to anyone suffering a big family Christmas

Fosters is probably the one of best of the 'cheep' lagers, xxxx must not be forgoten.

Cider is a great drink but it must be remember that the likes of Magner and Strongbow have never seen an apple and realy arnt realy cider.

HSD, high speed death a great drink messes you up but all you want to do is hug the slighty blurry person next to you, much more socaly acceptable than wife beater.
