Yeah we (at Herne Bay) had the same idea, even thought of a name: The Royal Broadoak Yacht Club . Has an understated charm I'm sure you'll agree.

Not quite - I've heard from a friend at OSC that it's TEN times the size of the current reservoir and Prescott has already given some kind of approval. It will be probably be the biggest in the land. The orignal plans apparently had a canoe course down one side.
