Unfortunately demand somewhat outstrips supply...
Keep an eye on the class forum second hand section... It also depends how recent a boat you are set on, older boats can oft be found on eBay and demand isn't quite as high as for a more recent one. |

This is an absolute no-brainer. Get a 12ft skiff. All the weight tolerance and rig choices of the 18 but in a package for 2 crew rather than 3. No need for the RIB to go sailing with either. |

I recon that at your height and weight you'd be great in an International 14, and would have a really wide choice of crew weight/heights 'cos you'd provide lots of leverage! It would be much less expensive to buy and maintain than an 18footer, you could start off with an older one and upgrade bits as you got richer |
