So how did they go? They're using a smaller main than mine, I'd asked for it as a windy sail and a bigger kite. Any results links and who were the 'they' as far as I knew there are a couple out there doing the rounds. |

I live aprox 10 mins from rutland today the roads have been awful the a1 has not been gritted I tried to get to work but cars were sliding down the slip roads has truly been shocking but all depends on wether or not something happens tonight. major roads have now been cleared but who knows wether or not they will be maintained if it snows again. Looks as though its going to be a cold weekend either way.

Close but not that close, about 7 miles away. Won't really be able to tell what the roads are like apart from what I hear as we are not allowed cars at school!! And Olly, bet we have just as many jokes |

I wouldnt be surprised if they cancelled tbh.
Hopefully it wont be totally abandonned though, just moved back a few weeks. Payments carried over from this time round to the next one, and if you want to drop out, you can have your money back etc etc. Still. Bit of a boring weekend coming up now  |

TIGER TROPHY VERY IMPORTANT WEATHER UPDATE In view of the current weather conditions a decision will be made at Midday on Friday 6 February to see if the predicted state of the roads, club grounds and sailing temperature allow the Tiger Trophy to take place this weekend.The Rutland Sailing Club staff have been working all day to clear the snow which fell this morning and light snow showers are predicted overnight but the forecast is for improving conditions.
