There's a world of difference between participating in a nazi-themed s&m orgy with 5 prozzies and copping off with a cheeky girl. I don't think the NOTW will be that bothered about the Ben story, but his girlfriend might be. |

Whilst Mr Mosley won his right to privacy I don't think there was any challenge to the nature of his activities. "In a powerful judgement, Mr Justice Eady, declared that however morally distasteful the public might find such activities, the press had no right to publish them as they did not constitute a 'significant' crime." |

I thought he did challenge the nature and won with respect to there being no nazi connotations to his activities at all. Very resonable of Mr Justice Eady to conclude that as well; just because they were wearing military uniforms, speaking in German accents and doing lice inspections only a fool could possibly find a nazi link.........

Well yes: the German nation has a proud military history dating back to when Arminius bunch wiped out three whole Roman legions some two thousand years ago, and only about 20 years of it involved Nazis - say one percent. |
