What do you mean you missed the toestraps?

Shouted at a crew who forgot they had to put their feet under the toestraps BEFORE trying to put weight on them

Ahh the fun of taking girlfriends sailing, i once took one out in a spice, let her have the helm going across single wiring with the kite up - told her the basic if it heels left steer left and right steer right etc, going absolutely perfectly I was mid way through asking her if she was having fun and we hit a lul - her reactions lam the boat througha  tack with me clinging on underwater for my life  so not so much a phrase but more like...

"Yeh youre doing brilliant, what u reckon thennn oh sh*t no glub glub"
Any one in need of quality carbon fibre work (tillers etc) at decent prices!
