If you are blind you still need a TV licence if you own a TV. But you do get a 50% discount

urm smoothies, yum! ahem anyhoo... more people get kill by donkies than plane crashes each year, has anyone said that yet? also the milk in coconuts can be used as a subs for bood plasma or something oh yeah and, you could get afew of those stupidly bright torches and then u dont need to plug it in and u can blind anyone who might try and interfere with the experiment! |
