i dont know what any of that means but i know for a fact if you full a bucket of water and put a hole in the bottom in the northern hemisphere the whirlpool goes 1 way and in the southern hemisphere it goes the other. i hve seen it so i believe it.

Theoretically yes, but in practice it is very difficult to demonstrate on that sort of scale. If you can make the hole without introducing any vortices whatsoever into the water then it will go the 'right' way, otherwise it's pretty random, as it certainly is in the case of draining baths/flushing toilets.
