Yep I do! But not for long  

Do what I do.  When you tell a joke do not pause for anyone elses opinion or ask if they have heard it before.  And when you reach the punch line laugh really loudly, louder than every other person in the room. I mean if you didn't think it was funny you wouldn't tell it in the first place would you?

If all the other peole in the high pressure social enviroment in which you find yourself are as socially skilled as we both obviously are they will laugh with you.

If you believe that they are actually laughing at you, and not with you then take them outside and batter them. That is why it is called a punch line. If they don't laugh you are allowed to punch them.

I guarantee that next time you meet them in a high pressure social enviroment they will ASK you to tell the joke/story you told last time and they will laugh louder and longer than even you.
