Inferior quality jaffas are definantly a no-go (whats up with these own brand jaffa cakes anyway? they just arent the same...)

I think the jaffa cake version of the french profiterole style wedding cake would be much better - just one jaffa cake would be grounds for immediate divorce wouldn't it?

I must admit bourbon creams confuse me - if you read the ingredients on just about any brand of bourbon creams you will find no mention of anything even vaguely related to cream at all...

The post-doc would include a residential session in Singapore, however, the fees are extortionate as they have to include the cost of several chocolate brunches as a warm up to the real work. 

(Brunches are a bit of a Singapore thing - you go to a hotel, pay about 50 quid, and then get to sit and eat for 4 hours solid at the buffet and be plied with free flow champagne...the chocolate brunch includes chocolate in all dishes and there is a chocolate fountain too)

bourbons are off limits in the dunking world me thinks, they are too flaky and donmt ahve a long dunking life,  the best thing ever (unless your on a diet) is to get 2 good old trusty rich tea biscuits and sandwhich inbetween them vanilla betty crocker icing, then dunking in tea-  the ultimate in biscuit dunking!

Sorry - hob-nobology is only offered at MBA level (Masters of Biscuit Appreciation).

Post-doc is a much more sophisticated and involves certain Mr. Kipling products as well as lashings of whipped double cream...
