Dude, fraid to say the the foredeck and floor are glass on Whamm. But be safe to know that they where professionally made!! Also, if it hasnt been done - make it a boom off main as I ripped out the centre consol when I had her, ops! & yer, Noycey boy will kik ya, and then ill lap ya, and then lots of beer will be consumed!

Home made carbon better than real carbon? What the hell are you chatting about? The carbon isn't home made, it's "home laminated" from "real" carbon. And having the wood through the middle isn't gonna make a blind bit of difference to the strength, as the carbon (aslong as it's laminatred well) would always be strong enough on it's own. The wood would just add unneccasary weight, which is probably why whamm is 25kilos over! Thats half the minimum weight again!

Strawberry is something wrong you seem a bit p**sy, we are just happy becuase we have a vaguely good boat which we are excited about, you don't have to point out that it is REALLY overweight and the carbon isnt REAL carbon and has wood through. We really don not care we bought it to have fun and maybe enter a few opens/nationals, we have no intention/possibility of winning them and we knw that!
