Got that Monday the 13th feeling Dave???

And mentioning that - since Mondays are definitely the worst day of the week, how come it is Friday the 13th that has a bad reputation?

(PS Auckland was gorgeously sunny today...)

Well I only mentioned girlfriend because I thought that if I wrote who would want a woman towing their boat, there could be a bit of a backlash!

Personally, I thought it was a clown fish jumping for joy... My husband saw a frog, which I find quite offensive, for obvious reasons.

Should I go back to my old avatar?

Many thanks in advance.

Oh dear oh dear, please don't start all that apologising stuff on this thread.

I am sure Knightmare does not have a problem, and Pete old chap, just chill.  Crikey if Pete is the worst you have been called then what a result.  You should hear some of the names I get called at work.....

Since she has already booked the time off work, explain to her how she would be daft not to pay to have the towbar fitted. After all you would willingly pay to have it fitted but you have no job, so it is her responsibility, and her car, end of story.

If she doesn't want to tow the boat, (and lets face it who would want their pride and joy being towed by a girlfriend) get her to put you on the insurance.  After all you are going to be treating her to the holiday of a lifetime in Oz.  It's the least she can do for you.
