I think the key might be the 14 ft thingy.

he seems to like the size and be able to sail anyone off the water in one.  Hope he is at the midland areas for the ent, or the inlands, want to meet the master.

know a few others who are like that though.  had the pleasure of learining in a club with mothies such as simon payne and roger angell.

Looked extremely quick, the rib filming struggled to keep up..

He is world Champ in Ok's as well! Nick Craig is a bit of a dinghy sailing legend, i think he will be shaking the B14 class up soon enough!!!

yep he has, was talking to him over a month ago while he was at datchet in his b14, hes got many achievements to his name!

28 knotts in a B14 ??  Even with Mr Craig at the tiller that must just be a GPS spike. They certainly arn't doing that in any of the photos! I would very much doubt for a fact that an I14 would do 28 knotts!! A 9er tops out at about 22 knotts down wind doesnt it ?

And whilst Nick and Toby were out doing that, most of the rest of us in the fleet were huddled round the corner of the club house packing boats up and marvelling at the madness of people going out in that with only 3rd party cover... especially given that they hit two concrete slipways trying to get off the shore.
