How do you think we will do?

Laser - http://www.sailing.org/22156.php Doesn't look like the laser fleet is going to do very well, no GBR sailor is even mentioned in that (worlds) but we do have Paul Goodison who is #2 in the ranks

49er - Morrison & Rhodes and are definitely on track for a medal, 1st at worlds last year , 2nd this year to an Aus (Aussie worlds) So I would say good chance for gold.. But only #3 in the ranks

Finn - Ben ainslie, only #43 in the ranks, but has missed one event. Safe to say he is a pretty talented sailor though, good chance of a medal to add to his collection

470 - Nic Asher and Eliot Willis look pretty good at the moment with 1st at the worlds this year, but are only at #13 in the ranks

Other classes look like no hopers (from what I have heard, but I don't really follow them!), but with the above line up, could we get 4 medals?

edit:

Quick bit of research done then! in the Yngling we have Sarah Webb and Pippa Wilson, but they have dropped from #1 to #4 in the ranks

Tornado - Leigh McMillian and Will Howden made the top 5 in the ranks

British Sailing generally looks pretty impressive, hopefully soem good results in Beijing!
