I was thinking that wheni saw it on the News, you would need a fair bit of fuel to get it going though its probably a little wet by now

A tiny smidge under 18 knots today  . It was blowing a gusty 15 knots ish and was a cracking few hours sailing. Tomorrow will be spent boat bimbling.

Out in the Flying Fifteen today.

Force 4 to 5 all day, hard work uphill, but more than worth it down

You know when you are shifting in a Fifteen as you need to look backwards to breath

First race we seemed to be drifting a bit and ramming everything (not) in sight . Second race was lovely though, off the fordeck and out hiking on the racks. We had a lovely prolonged gust with the kite up where the boat just hit the groove.

This is the one ...

Its OK to have a little bit of an overhang at the front right? ( The 5K mast is almost right on its balance point, with about 3 inches overhanging the fireball transom! )

Its 99% sure now that we will be towing without the top cover on the Fireball, so if you see us, hoot / wave! ( It'll be the bright yellow thing ! )
