Lots of crewing means my ownership list is not as extensive as it might be.
3 Mirrors. First 2 second hand. Should have kept the middle one. The third I built myself and was a total dog.
1 Scorpion - most amazing boat I ever owned. Rocket ship. It was like a puppy straining on the leash, you just had to let it run and it seemed faster than virtually anyone else's.
3 Lasers. First second hand, others new. Negotiated a swap on the second after it developed some cracking. Still have the last one - its now like a car that's done 250,000 hard miles but seems good enough still to win on Frensham
3 RS200s. Never had a new one
2 RS100s

Crewing career went from Troys with my dad (pre-Mirrors) then 3 Larks (2 uni boats), 2 470s and 2 Int14s

List of other boats I've sailed is much longer and more varied (team racing Bosuns anyone?)

Fireball 4466 - the worlds heaviest boat!
Merlin - never sailed, but was great fun for my brother and I to practice hiking when it sat in the back garden circa '77.
Fireball 12177 - we built, well, my Dad built it. Sailed with Dad before best mate and I took over (we still cycle together). Saturday morning job at Holts in Putney so a good discount on fittings.
Sunfish - raffle prize
Fireball 13013 - we built, well, my Dad built it. 1983 Europeans team
Fireball 13111 - we built, well, my Dad built it. 1984 Worlds team San Fran, 1985 Euros team
Fireball 14048 - we built, well, my Dad built it.
Windsurfers - the full range from heavy old tanks to Div2 Alpha Pro to slalom, race and wave. Some still in my parents garage!
Contender 406 - Rondar demo boat that I looked after when working at Racing Sailboats
Contender 355 - Old Tony Smith boat, wished I had the new Rondar demo boat back.
International Moth 4004 - never finished a race in it, but loved the odd time I sailed it properly
Laser 5000 5115 - part owned
International 14 1369 - part owned, Worlds 2001. Rock solid Ovi1
RS700 894 - breaking a carbon mast by nose-diving in big breeze is quite scary/loud!
RS200 864 (both sons crewed at various times)
Topper x 2 owned but sailed by my youngest
Blaze - New, owned for a day, returned.
Solo 5461
Laser 195115 - sailed by youngest sons and once by me
Solo 5691 - current ship and loving it/the class racing. 2018 Vet champ... and I'm not even old.
SUPs x 2
Feels like there might be more I've forgotten and then there is a future Solo and possibly an OK, maybe?

I worked in Clapham in the 70s and remember Racing Sailboats as being a wonderful place, full of piles of stuff and atmosphere. And the feeling of " Uncle Jacks" in Putney being history x 10!

Oh yes, I only sailed it twice... bloody deathtrap. And technically I'm not sure it actually measured as a cherub.  I changed the sail insignia too... so no Cherub bashing required.

I was thinking when I get too old for the Spice the choice would be between a Sun 2000 and a Cornish Shrimper, the former would almost fulfil the role of a Spice with a keel but the latter might be more attractive to my wife.......
