hmmm I seem to remember an attempt was made in the late 80's or 90's to sail an old Cross3 on BLYM... with fairly hilarious consequences if memory serves...
Getafix, we've got to give you credit for persistence. It's an ancient thread and you're quoting posts from 2008, it feels I'd never been away!
 
Good effort from Garry, generating interest for the Laser2. Who knows, others might be tempted to show their action shots rather than talking about trawling the boatpark graveyard for junk!

can you have a look for old 14 kit for me? its provingdifficult to find.
600 732, will call it Sticks and Stones when i get round to it.

Good old BLYM, theres junk everywhere! Was helping clear out the bosuns store in the summer and found a couple of brand new laser foils... still in packaging!

saying that mike we did have a lot of sails we put in the bin, there was 2 where we didnt know what the logo was(therefore what boat) so binned it

 

and...

a old Gaff Rig for the copyus at BLYM!! i bet theres a few on here that dont even know/have ever seen a Copyu so rare we get to hold the 'copyu worlds'
