Strong winds at Alton Water for their Frostbite but most made it out for the 1st race and many retired during the 2nd.

Was race officer at Burghfield, lots of wind at times, very gusty, but great fun watching and snapping the pics: follow the gallery link below for a peek.

I tell you what, I had a look at a full featured racing topper rig sported by a keen young chap at our lake the other day and it was a lot more professional than the rig currently set up on my 'sprint.

Then again there are exceptions..

Some awesome sailing was had at Bough Beech.

Lots of boats, lots of swimming and sadly one mast busted.

Very sailable most of the time however.
