Lovely boat. Make sure you understand "steer for balance": if you try and sail her the way granddad was taught to sail it will be immensely frustrating. Suggest studying Bethwaite's "Fast Handling technique".

well, eventually, got rs300 No351,looked like a big wide sailboard, i know there may be lots of swimming, been told by few people don't get one, but people that sail them love them, just seemed to be nothing about for £3k, but was considering dart DX 15, would of been a nightmare finding somewhere to sail(£10 to launch at Paignton)
will see how next Sunday goes, first sail on 300
