   Does anyone know where I can get hold of the "Higher and Faster" DVD. Can't find a copy online anywhere!

	I have one which I only bought a year or so ago. Think it may have been in assoc with holt who are maybe no more hence limited avail. Where you based? If a coast could arrange a loan of my copy.

	Reviving an old topic: I am trying to get my hands on a copy of "Higher and Faster", but have failed to find one at the usual sources (eBay, Amazon, online chandleries, etc). Does anyone have a copy they are willing to sell or loan out? Cheers, Chris

	Ditto; looking for a copy too. Would anyone be willing to rip a copy, compress a file into a suitable format (.avi or .mkv would be best) and put into a Dropbox folder? I'm loathe to suggest this, as I don't want to deprive the producers of any revenue. However, given the near total unavailability of this, I think we might be justified in restricted circulation? Or would others disagree?
