Reviving an old topic: I am trying to get my hands on a copy of "Higher and Faster", but have failed to find one at the usual sources (eBay, Amazon, online chandleries, etc). 

Does anyone have a copy they are willing to sell or loan out?

I've been looking for a copy of that for a while as well.  If anybody could burn me a copy I'd be happy to part with a few beer tokens in exchange!

I have one which I only bought a year or so ago.
Think it may have been in assoc with holt who are maybe no more hence limited avail.
Where you based? If a coast could arrange a loan of my copy.
