I can vouch for the wind in summber being usless sometimes but not always as if you are on the coast you can count on the seabreeze.

wind in summer doesnīt exist in germany, as the summers are hot. but if
the summer is like the one we had this year there is wind. this year we
had many storms. itīs like this in bavaria, donīt know how itīs at the
north sea.

as the lake where iīm sailing is 55km away iīm no weekend at home in summer too. far away from the parrot!
