LoL, oh yes.
This could have been a regatta at Bexhill SC. Many of the competitors may have sailed from Hastings or Pevensey.....no trolleys. The shingle in this part of the world is quite soft. Here's another from the Sussex coast 1950's. I haven't a clue what this is either. The sail logo, a winged horse with a fishes tail would suggest something like a Seahorse but I'm guessing.
