	It's usually held in with a pin. There is one on my garage roof, I will try to have a look.

	I think we need to see a photo before we can offer any advice. Or try a Google image search to see if you can turn up a picture of a similar sheave.

	Hi me again- the alloy mast has issues too! The masthead sheave doesn*t seem to be fixed to anything!! - it was bodged in with a bit of filler( which has now fallen out) how is it meant to be fixed anyone got one?
