Surely offshore breeze = easy launching

I must add a bit.ly to this post, just so there's something to link back to when grumpfs decides to wax lyrical about the boat's massive wind range  LOL

Yes it is easy launching and the water is flat, it was just so bloody cold = not fun, I like to avoid hot hurts which I recently became re acquainted with the other tuesday night when the sun went in longboard racing.
I've served my time suffering in cold weather thanks, it's one rule I put in place when I turned not fifty something and I do try not to ignore it. The windchill meant it must have been around 3 degrees on sunday and I don't do gloves either, never have.

sailing at Stokes Bay on Sunday it was chuffing cold. And it's all very well harping on about his boats about wind range, but it is prudent to work up to "extremes" surely? Doing early testing (which he's still at) in big winds is a recipe for trouble in any design.

So are we not allowed to tease the teaser now?

I was out on the Solent on Saturday - not warm but not silly-breezy either

Which reminds me I forgot this little rhyming couplet  for Medway Maniac, to be sung to the tune of the Adams Family...

Your sister is your mother
Your father is your brother
You all shag one another, the Medway family...

Nice and warm here in the Nuclear heated water of the Severn Estuary. Unfortunately we now only have Hinkley to warm the water!!!!!

Graeme has Dungness, but being more open, the heat dissipates rather quickly.

Your apparently intimate knowledge of it makes me worry that you might in some way be involved in our ancestry.

But we do have a couple of excellent opportunities for you to showcase the V-Twin.  I'd recommend the Medway Dinghy Regatta on 7 & 8th July, where you could race in the Medium or Fast Handicaps, according to your claimed PY.  Four races so plenty of opportunity to test the Twin Tub with time to repair it between times.  And our local council offers a very convenient tip, to save you the need to tow it home.
