Well done to everyone! That 14 that won, I didnt even see it come past me... Well done to Dan and Andrew, 3rd in that company is a very good result. Dont let anyone else tell you otherwise!

Thanks to all at Queen Mary, it was my first Bloody Mary, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, I'll definitely be back. Great organisation from the moment I arrived, with happy faces meeting/greeting and ushering everyone. Thanks to all the other competitors too. I didnt hear a cross word or even any shouting while on the water, remarkable considering the number of boats. As I said, really enjoyed my day. Must try harder next time!

Top marks to everyone that went out, I felt slightly guilty when the wind dropped but despite rigging up & being psyched I couldn't face launching into 25kts with -5 windchill.

I reckon you would have survived Andrew, it wasn't cold while sailing.
I only noticed it when I had an early bath during a spinny drop, shame cos I was ahead of the 400's.

It was honestly the best Blood Mary I have ever done in my life....the weather was fantastic...lucky for this time of year.
Great to see old friends and make new ones.

Great day!

how remarkable that the march of progress was halted by something as ordinary as a huge drop in windspeed eh? LOL

There should be more photos added at some point i would of thought, i saw a few photographers.
We had a great day, shame the wind switched off towards the end as we were starting to get into something that resembled a groove.  We managed to sail round an extra mark (don't ask) which really did not help, also i let the helm attach the tiller extension which fell off on a kite reach, we didn't piss it it but he was f**king around for a few minutes trying to reattach it..

I must say the organisation was awesome right from the car park to launching, fantastic QM we will see you next year.
