Get in the gym and hit the weights, is the best way. The easiest way is to drink plenty of beer and eat plenty of kebabs

i know how you feel. iv been trying to gain weight for a year and put on a measly 6lbs
 . iv now decided its easier just not to care anymore and just enjoy the lightwind days

I'd recommend mexican food - tastes great, easy to make and without the benefit of a nice hot climate to work it of in, those tortillas will really pile on the lbs in no time!

Alot and often, protein bars and drinks, just don't put them in the fridge otherwise you'll expend all the energy eating the damn things!
