Too right - the more input the better particularly if you have experience 

of other similar boats and can provide the useful sort of comparison that 

you have.

I am really keen to find out how people are sailing the boat upwind and 

the sheeting angle - this is all very new to me (other boats I sail dont 

have the same sort of input). Presently I am sheeting in till the traveller 

block just starts to pull away from the stop, then helming to keep the sail 

flowing to that angle. You can sheet a lot harder / go higher but for me 

that angle feels sweet.

I think I am setting the outhaul slacker than you but keeping the top of 

the sail flat with a lot of kicker.

On the kite launch I am struggling with the seated / one hand on tiller 

method (although my sailing buddies are Ok with that) and have ended up 

kneeling on cockpit floor steering with tiller end in small of my back 

using both arms for a very rapid launch. Would be great to see dome 

video of what everyone is doing.

I have had a few kite snag issues but generally think these are over. 

Understand latest boats have a minor mod to eliminate the kite bunching 

behind the chute mouth and this is going to retro'ed onto earlier boats.

PY wise reckon I am sailing the big sail to a figure just under 1000 - I am 

winning races in lighter breeze on PY (not great assy conditions) but am 

still getting to grips with the 100 and this type of boat full stop so am 

hoping for an improvement over time so results now are unduly 

flattering.

Have to say its such a rewarding boat I have been going out evenings just 

for a drift around - and I previously loathed any sort of light wind sailing !
