With a Cadet, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Emerald fleet they were split up into groups of about 190 boats.

Still 190 in one fleet is massive.

Looks like they sail in separate fleets


But never the less, 1000 boats in one place is fantasitc number,

I'm sure they had more last year. Presumably the sheer numbers make it hard for any to escape without being bashed back in the right direction by another boat. And you need more creative names for the flights rather than gold, silver and bronze... Purple, Orange... and so forth...
