Who IS out THIS weekend

   Looks like we may finally have a weather window for the 6 year old's first solo sail, 3mph of breeze and sunshine is as good as it's going to get this time of year, so we are off up to the club on Sunday!

	I am having my worst sailing year ever. Finally made it to a contender event last weekend (in Holland) scraped the top off my toe which has now become badly infected... No nationals for me....

	Tomorrow I have Start Racing 10am - 1pm, then Level One 1.30pm till about 5pm. During this time interval the weather is forecast to be really windy. As son as I have finished it is forecast to calm down....

	Tomorrow is supposed to be windsurf windy, I've got a pass, it's low water, I've got a new wave board and two new sails - watch - we'll get nothing.

	I have a bad feeling tomorrow will consist of watching the 29ers and RS800s take an absolute beating (again) before no racing occurs for us.

	Despite the wind behaving in a totally unco-operative manner we had a great day at Hunts doing Start Racing in the morning and starting RYA Level One in the afternoon. I'm a bit knackered but had a great day!

	and now finally we have a forecast we can sail in! Could do with a bit less in the afternoon, but it's looking ok so far!

	Probably not going to get sailing this weekend, might take my little girl down to the club though to play with the other kids and I can do some boat prep for the nationals if it is warm enough.....

	Same for me jeffers, i am going down the club today to put the final coat of pink paint on the girls mirror (picks to follow) Then Sunday i have to prepare the boat for the inlands.

	Weymouth speed week this weekend. I might try and blag a go on one of those foiling do dahs if I get a chance. Feel confident enough to try at least now, whereas last year I refused the offer. We'll see what the weather brings..
