That's it, Jack Sparrow.

No more sailing for you for the next 10 years! You are now the official taxi driver and boat delivery service.

Been there, done that :-)

Saturday - Papercourt S.C
Sunday - Chichester .Y.C

Not really me out, more my son in his 2nd and 3rd open meetings, his first being Spinnaker S.C the weekend before.

Respectable midish fleet results for all three Regatta fleet events. I was very pleased with him as he's done no race training, he's got a 20 year old Oppy with knacked sails and I only gave him a watch on Saturday!

Won Well, my class... and at most there was only one other boat for competition.. (Firefly) But to be honest we had the same start as 10 lasers, a merlin and an mrx, and we kept ahead of lots of the lasers for a lot of the time.

Fireball at Datchet .. Perfect conditions for us!

Crew flat wiring upwind, me just on the point of hiking. Outpointing a 49er, but they got away quickly ( As soon as the kite went up! )

Had a play with our Symetric, and may be OK using it by the Inlands.

Had a few beverages with ratface, and we have decided ( today .. not while drinking ) that we are going to get an RS800.

One Day. ( Aiming for one by the next boat show .. but by November would be good! Anyone selling one for about £4500?? )

Jeffers - We got the old one out fine, it was the new one going in that had the problems.

We are going to try and renovate the old one tomorow, as we are off to Datchet next weekend, and the South Cerney open the weekend after.
