Enough boat slating, if ratface likes the spice then all's well and good, I daresay you could say similar things about other boats on the market (no specific examples in mind).

To be fair Hannah, this forum is all about peoples points of view, and i have one about the boat, that said i wouldnt "take the piss" out of someone sailing a Spice as it is a great intro into twin trap sailing, i just find the fact that it overtook a musto some what far fetched (unless it was upside down)

Fair enough, some of the points of view just seemed a little heated.

Merlinboy the musto was not upsidedown at all, to be fair the guy was probly not used to the boat or whatever.

but anyway sailed the spice again today(singlehanded), but after 20mins got effectively kicked out of the boat by people so that they could have a go. So the boat must be doing something right.

That says it for itself you sailed a twin trap boat by yourself ! The spice is underpowered and was a flop ! Full stop, I dont want to sound like i'm having a pop at you mate its just saying you were quicker then a musto is a little far fetched, but fairplay you seem to enjoy it allot and thats what really counts isn't it?!

Clap Well done to you, Gary and Jackie! I've seen the report and talked to the newest national champions; it was indeed a fierce battle even if the fleet wasn't too big. Mike "Razerlarf" C (one of the silent majority on this forum) is still floating in the air somewhere 18 inches above his living room floor.

Do you think he'll treat us with a capsize next time he takes the 2 out in Lancing? Could be a laugh...

Thanks  Mike and Diane sailed consistently and brilliantly. Very deserving Champions. Hope to see you, Mike and Diane next year, if Lancing are having the L2s again.
