for completeness there is always an MX-Ray.

Or Farr 3.7 but I don't think your budget will cover the purchase of one and import fees.

Or a cheap Int Canoe?

RS600 - There two guys I could name that probably just
squeek 67kg if they have a big breakfast and there are a
few more under 70kg that do not seem to struggle.

Don't forget if the wind gets up you can really effectively
reduce sail area on a 600 and if your light you can keep up
with a full rig once everyone is depowered

There are a few smaller guys around 65 to 70 kg sailing the
600 on the circuit and you won't go much faster than that
in a single hander for less than 2500 quid.

Below 70kg you use the wider wings and it all seems pretty
even with boat handling and technique being more important

What about a moth if you fancy an even bigger learning curve you should get a non foiling one for your budget but i would stick to looking for a 300 which are hard to come by at 2,500 thats the only problem
