well you probibly guessed by now stu and i are pritty gud m8s. i work at asda sadly but every year there are two christmas partys. a general one and a departmental one. i took stu to both but the department one we went to after sailing on a sunday. anyway i think i was on my 4th pint when they called last orders. so me being me went up and bourght like 8 pints between me n stu. mean time stu starts talkin to like the fittest girl ever. as soon as i sat down he puked everywhere. on me but more importantl alll over the skimpy dress that was turning every lads head in the bar. it went all over her chest and you can guess where eles! and way i stud up and called stu a dirty get. i turned round to see his chair empty and a trail of sick going towards the toilets.

Luckily my helm is either:
1) Not quick enough or 2) It's so damn windy if he loses control for a second we both swim... Although he got close once, I ended up doing a 360 pirouette on the end of the wire to much applause from the clubhouse. Paul |

Just one problem...they are attached to the tiller....Crews are mobile (believe me we have provied plenty of spectator sport). The best way to get your helm back on a trap boat is to gebtly trails your aft foot....nice jet of water right in to the helms face (tried and tested on a Fireball). Paul |

I agree. If you can get the kite up it should always go up. Things are always so much easier once its set... It is just the getting it up and back down thats the dodgy bit. I guess when it gets to the point that you dont think you can get it up (so to speak) you know that you have reached your limit! Ian |
