Getting Behind BAR...

   So, wh is there so little interest?
Down in good old Pompey, it seems to me the locals who got behind BAR are regretting it. 
Much bickering about the council's involvement and what it is going to cost.
Either BAR is really bad at websites or they don't exactly have sponsors fighting over the rights?

	A British team really needs to be in place very quickly with a proven designer. If the project is still being sold to sponsors in 6 months time and the right people are not in place, we will be cannon fodder again!

	Branson? Hmmm.... I'm not sure if he has any record of supporting sporting endeavour unless he is directly involved and, even if he was minded to join BA's crew, I suspect he might find the winches hard work. He is also a very savvy business man and tends to sell his brands when they peak. If the British team were not seen as favourites to win the Louis Vitton, would he stick with them?

	Rashly assuming the current boats, surely you'd want a wing/aero guy, a systems guy, a foils guy, and a hulls guy.

	A excellent spot, I've no idea of Newey's prowess as a hydrodynamics expert, but Ferrari, McLaren, and Mercedes would be leaping up and down with glee if it happened. Design has to be top of the list surely, BA mentioned recently there are only about 4 people who could design a boat with a chance to win, who would they be then?
